Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil. By using the Site, you waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.
